Hi just got a tablet from 02 and I sure I was meant to received a free gift with it . Ear buds is what I clicked when I was asked what I wanted. Were they meant to be sent with the tablet or come after. ? Any help would be appreciated.

Which Tablet was it and when was it purchased? I have just looked though all O2's Tablets, and can't find one with that offer currently showing?

How long is the time between is it 14 days or so . And how do I go about ordering them once it is past the time? Thanks for answering quickly.

I've looked at all the offers with the Galaxy S7 Tab and earbuds aren't mentioned at all

Now if you got a tablet, which when advertised, stated earbuds, the info should be in the box. If not then you need to call Samsung as they will be running the promotion, NOT O2

I do know they are running an earbud promotion if you bought the S21 phone.

I have also just checked the Samsung site and looked at the S7 tab and there is no mention of earbuds
