Tablet not picked up but online looks like i have it?!

Ordered Samsung tablet as my upgrade when i went to pick it up i couldnt remember itunes password i asked to pay the £40 but told i needed to open phone. Couldnt get password and phone wouldnt fully charge was on nights .. recieved text saying my 7 days were nearly up i phoned shop said id be in next day as working but went in and it was gone. Basically i want a good deal on a tablet but the other one is on my account?!

It won’t clear off your account until it’s been returned and processed by o2.
That usually takes around 2 weeks but you can try and speed that up by calling customer service

Hi @Anonymous This appears very complicated. The first problem is that you couldn't remember your password or get it via any other route.  Is it appearing in My O2? http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
