Hi, after i made a pay monthly contract i received some text messages from TSB A/ C6020. I don t know what is that, can someone tell ME? Thanks

TSB is a bank...so you have made a payment from there. I suspect that's your bank?

I think that O2 is working with this bank, they take me an upfront cost and maybe from this reason i received those messages. My only bank is HSBC🤨🤔

As long as the amount taken matches your upfront cost, there shouldn't be a problem.

@Diana55 O2 work with all banks otherwise they wouldn’t have any direct debit mandates set up. Possibly also take a look at this guide
