TOP-UP PROBLEMS

Anonymous
Not applicable

My wife got me a smart phone for Christmas which I am eventually getting to grips with. Problem is I went to top-up this morning with my top-up card and was told my card is invalid. As it was accepted in January and February what,s different now and yes it Was activated-how else would it have worked these last two months and No I am reluctant to use bank cards to top-up! Any ideas? Thank You

If you bank with HSBC they have an app called fast balance where you can also top up your phone and other nominated phone numbers.

Contact 02 Customer Services to check out your account and order a replacement swipe top up card.

No idea, sorry, but you can use cash points or buy top up vouchers in Tesco, ASDA etc....

I got a top up today but every time I try to register it I get told something wasn't right or please try again. I've tried so many times and even tried using a different phone.Normally it works after a while but this time it's not. This is the third top up in three months to do this. Any ideas or what the problem is?

Hi @Anonymous If you ring 4445 then stay on the line till the last option 'speak to an advisor' ...then you will get through

Until they sort out any issues have a look here at various other ways to top up...(scroll down to PAYG)
