I have two phones, one is payg - which I had misplaced at home. I have now found it but due to it being missing for 6 months 02 have taken all the money and switched off the number and will not return my £35 ! Is the a fair way to deal with customers. My other phone I pay £27 a month for and have been with o2 for 25 years. Is this not illegal to take someone elses money. The phone says SIM NOT PROVISIONED 2 and when I called this is what I was told.
Unhappy customer (for now)

It's all in the terms, but you could make a complaint and see what happens:

Glad you got it sorted, just remember the six month rule, any longer and they could have re-used your number.
