Hi, I'm looking to swap to a sim only contract for 12 months, as I'm at the end of my 12 month contract (officially from 11th May). When I get to basket I get three boxes telling me to a) edit my basket, b) my "upgrade elibility has expired" and c) to "Take a look at Upgrad Options". Can any one tell me why I'm not able to upgrade to a SIM only plan?

Thanks in advance for all help

Eugenia

choose upgrade in My O2 then scroll to choose sim only. If it isn't giving you that option you need to wait I'm afraid

I'm having this same issue. I'm on O2 Refresh, I've been told to come and upgrade, my contract expires on July 26, but it's telling me my upgrade options have expired. What do I need to wait for? July 26?

@MaryVan

You can call 202 to upgrade or other numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi, @ EugeniaWhitby You could pop into an o2 shop, or call 202 via your mobile, and they will be able to upgrade you. slight_smile
