Hi

My O2 pay monthly contract expires on 20th April and I wish to go back to using pay as you go as I'm a very light user of texts, calls and data.

I want to keep my mobile number, so if I were order a pay as you go sim and on the 21st April and use http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/ website would I need to inform Customer Services and also cancel my direct debit payment too?

Thanks, Rob.

You can't do it yourself @Robbli777 as it's a change of billing platform and customer services will need to send you a sim with your number on it.

Call them to arrange it http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
