Switching off Voice Mail

How do I switch off Incomming and Outgoing Voicemail. I Do not want to receive it, Nor do I want to leave voicemail when another phone rings out. If it is realy important, I send a Text.

Dial 1760 to switch off voicemail on your phone which means no one can leave you a voicemail. However other phones are network controlled and you can't stop their phones going to voicemail. They would need to switch off individually.

However, if you have TuGo installed you can switch off voicemail within the app settings but again, you cannot control another person's voicemail.
