Hi all

My mum was a pay and go customer however she ordered a pay monthly SIM and we requested she keep her pay and go number so it be sent over to her pay monthly contract, we submitted the keep your number form on Thursday last week but it's still not transferred over , it's been 3 working days I was just wondering what is the current SLA for this as I'm happy to wait but id like some communication is all as I don't want to ring due to the lines being needed for emergency

Due to highier demand on services there is a extended wait time, You could try with Skype if you have it

You could try Skype on 0800 032 1402 if the usual numbers are busy
