Hi all,
Am I able to switch to a different network while still paying off the device monthly with O2 please? Or do I have to pony up the remaining difference before I can switch?

Hi all,
I'm trying to pay off the remaining balance of my device plan and the page on My O2 advised to call 202. When the robot asked me what I wanted I said "Pay device plan in full", it then wanted to confirm by choosing either "Pay device plan in full", "Make a one off payment" or "Tarriff query" so I repeated myself and it then took me to two more options. Do I want an upgrade or do I want to leave O2? Neither of which I want. Please can someone advise?
Edit: I just phoned again and "chose" upgrade and talking to a person who's helping to sort now. Thanks anyway all!
