Hi!
My contract was due to end in April 2021 but I decided to pay off my phone plan and end my contract early. I have made the decision to switch to pay as you go and I am waiting for my new SIM to arrive. But when I look on MyO2 my Monthly O2 Refresh plan is still active and scheduled to renew on Dec 5th. Will this terminate/update when I activate my new SIM as I don't want to be charged for an airtime bill that was supposed to have been cancelled?

If you are keeping the same number it will automatically close your account once you get your new sim
The final bill will be issued so don't cancel any DD until it has been paid @Jjwilko
