Switching from a 'pay monthly' to a 'pay as you go go go'

I would like to switch from my 'pay monthly' contract to a 'pay as you go go go' service. 

 

I'm not having any luck calling the 202 number to speak to an 02 representative (3 try's totalling 30 minutes plus waiting on the line) and was wondering if someone could help?
