Hello, I couldn't find a article relating to this.
Is it possible to order a pay & go sim with my old number?
Because when my pay monthly contract came to an end last month, I spoke to O2 about switching to pay & go tariff while still keeping the same number. They agreed to send me a pay & go sim card with my number but I never recieved it. So literally, I have neither a contract sim or pay & go sim right now. So I spoke to O2 last week and told them I need a pay & go sim with my old number.
So just today in my post I recieved pay & go sim card with a different number. Is there anyway I can still get pay & go sim with my O2 number on it?

You cant order a pay and go card with your old number...you need to swap your number onto your new sim

You should still have your working Pay Monthly sim as contracts don't end, they go onto a 30 day basis.
So you should be able to do as Cleoriff suggests above.
