Switching from Pay & Go to Monthly Tariff

HI Guys

Been on the Pay & Go Talkalot Tariff for many many years but now not happy with increase

in the call charges now paying, but am prepared to stay with O2 but move to Pay Monthly and

have some questions i need to ask.

1 Can i use the same micro sim card i have for my current Pay & Go tariff or do i need new one.

2 Will my remaining credit including rewards on my current Pay & Go tariff be transfered over.

3 I have a one off International caller Bolt on i need to keep will i lose this or not.

Hi

As long as you pass a credit check.

Or pop into an o2 shop.

You can keep bolt ons afaik

As far as I know the Internetional Caller bolt on is no longer available and I'm afraid you will lose that.

You will need a new sim card as the message centre number is different and read from the sim card.

You will keep your credit which will show on your account.
