Switching Tariff

I would like to switch to one of the SIM only 'limited offer' tariffs listed on the website, however these do not appear as options from within the app or my account on the o2 site.

I am unable to contact via the phone as this now appears to be for 'urgent' enquiries only and unfortunately chat via the app has also been disabled.

Are these 'offers' only available to new customer?

Many thanks!

@Emque

They are available to anyone, new or upgrading customers.

Make sure you are looking in upgrade assuming you can currently upgrade your contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I've just upgraded today to get 6 months Disney+ for the same price for 12 months instead of 18. That was sim only.
