Switched my phone from a galaxy S7 to an S10 lite and sim isnt recognised

Hi all. I've just purchased a refurbished S10 lite (unlocked) and when I move my sim from the S7 to this it Isn't recognised - any idea on how I resolve this please??

@Lynne9 Give the sim a wipe with a clean cloth. Make sure there's no dust in the area for the sim, and make sure you've inserted the sim correctly. If you're still having difficulty, call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby and they will do a sim swap for you while you wait. Make sure you bring an ID with you.

It can only be one of two things.

1 - sim not inserted correctly.

2 - Phone is faulty, locked or barred.

Where did you get it from?
