Hey guys when you switch up do you pay the upfront cost of the new handset or is it all covered?

You would need to pay any upfront fees for the new phone @Dazza811 - the SwitchUp part only covers the balance on the current (soon to be old) handset.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
