Used switch up in store yet received email today to say I owe over £2000 as upgraded surely there is no charge as done in store and not on line

That's a minus so it means you are in credit.

I guess they will bill you for £2929.81 which will leave you with a zero balance.

Hi yes amount on email is actually 2929.81 I’m in shock when I thought switch up in store there is no charge to upgrade must be some mistake surely?

Obviously an error by the store staff who appears to have just cancelled your current contract and started you a new one.

The bill seems like the full amount to cancel your contract.

This is email I received tried contacting on line but not getting any help at all

 

This month, there's no balance to pay on your combined Airtime Plan, you only have to make your combined Device Plan payment of £-2929.81. It'll be taken from your account on, or just after the date on your payment schedule.
