Hi everyone, I have switch up and it's to my understanding that it's every 90 days that you can switch up your device. I was looking through the online shop earlier and it appears to say that I can switch up already, allowing me to add my current phone and choose a new one showing the current device plan to be cleared, but I've had my current phone for only 60 days, is it a glitch? Or is your first switch up anytime you like?

Depends on when you first had switch up but it's changing to 90 days for everyone.

Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want!

Hi there, I got the phone I'm using now in April so not 90 days yet and this is my first time ever with switch up.

So it's possibly just a glitch then? Might be best to wait for 90 days.
