Hi all,

with the iPhone 16 launching soon, I am considering my options for the usual o2 store headache.

now question time,

1. I know that you are now able to switch up by calling o2.
2. does this work for preorders?
3. does this work for home delivery?
4. if no, can you preorder in store for home delivery?

Hi.

thanks for the advice, but this is incredibly outdated.

switch up can now be done by calling, app, website and in store. This includes preorders

in store, no charge, and home delivery or click and collect.

further, on switch up, even in store, you return the device in the post

@Zainie786

Pre orders have to be done in store only as a £50 deposit is required.

Orders must then be completed in store.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
