Hi all
I am hoping someone can help me please. I am desperately trying to change from a bill phone to pay as you go. I have moved to Australia 6 months ago and am being billed every month for a phone I never use. I can't find anyway of doing this. I want to keep my UK number for visits. However at this stage i am considering a block on the payments as i just can't get O2 to stop the bills. I am not using the phone at all and it is a huge waste of money.
Thank you
Jess

You need to contact customer service. If your contract has ended just ask them to transfer your number to a pay & go sim but it would need to go to a UK address. Obviously with the time difference you need to work out the best time to call them. They are open 8am to 9pm during the week and you need to give 30 days notice.
Bear in mind that if you are still within the minimum term of your contract you will have to pay up the remainder.
There is an email link in my signature directly below which may help if you can't call.
