Hi,

I’m looking to upgrade my phone using O2 switch up but when I add the upgrade to my basket it still has a £750 upfront cost to pay off the contract early. I thought switch up meant I wouldn’t need to pay off the contract. Is this correct?

Thanks,

Jamie.

When it gets to the box about trading in you enter your existing phone IMEI and it should say your can trade in and get £x.x value or a button for Switch Up which makes the upgrade fee drop to £0

Best done in store for ease and accuracy.

Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want!

Ah, I’ve realised the problem was trying to pre-order the Pixel 9 Pro. The switch up option isn’t there when pre-ordering but was on other phones. Thank you for your help though.
