I have plus plan and includes switch up,

my credit rating is not the best and i am concerned about the switch up process

some people say it requires a credit check and if it it fails you wont get your original handset back as it will have been processed,

others are saying as long as no missed payments then there will be no need to credit check

can anyone please clarify the process as i am looking at switching my S23 Ultra for the Fold and don't want to end up without a handset if it requires a credit check

There's no hard check involved.

Just no arrears with O2 payments.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
