Switch Up question

Hi all.

I’m looking to do Switch Up for iPhone 16 Pro Max.

I have checked online and I meet all criteria and condition of phone.

My question is, when I place the order, do I receive new phone and set up before sending back my old phone or do I need to send old phone back first?

Obviously need to transfer all data to new phone prior to releasing old phone.

Q. Can I use Switch Up on the new iPhone?

A. O2 Switch Up is available from pre-order online and in store. Customers who order online will need to send their old phone back when they receive their new phone. Customers who visit a retail store will be asked for their old phone when they collect their new iPhone.
