Another day another O2 issue...
Returned my old device on the 7th for Switchup and it still hasn't been processed.
Called Likewize and been told it hasn't been received, when I give them the tracking number they then change their story and tell me it has been and will be processed shortly...
Is it safe to assume they've lost it?

The only people who will know are Likewize, I honestly dont think they were geared up for the number of devices been sent to them..

There seems to be such delays in processing phones
Do they not realise that many people can't afford to pay for two device plans?
They probably do but apathy rules as far as they are concerned
