Switch Up Online - Not working

Not sure if anyone has had this happen and what the outcome was after contacting O2 (they really dont have a clue at the minute so need to keep trying until I get someone clued up)

 

Im trying to do Switchup online as its easier with work to do online and get the phone delivered. However, it keeps giving me an error saying ive reached the max contracts available. I do have multiple contracts but not wanting a new contract just switchup. Anyone had this happen before and was there a way around it?

Yeah, the newtownabbey one here in Northern Ireland had 3 512gb in black... weirdly tho, most stores were stocking the 256gb and had loads of stock despite the free upgrade to 512gb

Every variety of the S25 is available direct from Samsung . That's not usually the case this near to the launch 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Not really surprising it should have been called the S24.1 as unless you want AI Features its not really an upgrade,

 

And to see how poor it is selling as an Enterprise customer we have just been sent an offer for 30% off and free buds per device... think we can even get that off our usually negotiated discount.. so think we would end up with a 35 -42% discount depending if we ordered hundreds.. we aren't and nor are we ordering 1

Remember how they said Gemini A.I is free (for 6 months) and describing its features was like 40% of the unpacked event..... yet they didn't mention how much it would be after ......

Afternoon @madasaf1sh 

 

Just following up on your question.

 

For Switch Up PRE-ORDERS in store, the £50 deposit is no longer required.and the pre-order will be confirmed there and then.

 

You will then have a choice to collect your pre-order when available in-store or have this delivered.

 

Your old device will then be returned via the post.

 

I'm putting this together in a handy Switch Up guide and should be live next week 👍

Just bumping this thread as i've pulled together Guide:Switch Up - What's involved? this explains the basics of Switch Up including FAQs and the journey when using this online or in store.

 

This will replace Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want! and i will also update Index of Community Guides

 

Also, the maxium number of contracts available error is not specifically linked to Switch Up as this could potentially appear on any order, i'm still awaiting clarification on this point.
