Not sure if anyone has had this happen and what the outcome was after contacting O2 (they really dont have a clue at the minute so need to keep trying until I get someone clued up)

Im trying to do Switchup online as its easier with work to do online and get the phone delivered. However, it keeps giving me an error saying ive reached the max contracts available. I do have multiple contracts but not wanting a new contract just switchup. Anyone had this happen before and was there a way around it?

That’s the upfront cost of the plan tho, the £50 was a refundable deposit where the phone was ordered into store and then when in store the switch up or upgrade was done and you got the £50 refunded back

A new update... despite it being confirmed by both customer service and the complaints review team that my switchup should activate today and be available to use... still not active 😞 hopefully tomorrow... they stated its 90 days from 2nd November - so technically including the 2nd Nov it would be today, but add 90 days on and its tomorrow. Fingers Crossed.

@CorGre @Emz891

The latest re switch up process appears to be here

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/Woohoo-S25-ultra-and-i-can-do-online-switch-oh-oh-wait/m-p...

Read from that post onwards.

Also final post on that thread https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/Woohoo-S25-ultra-and-i-can-do-online-switch-oh-oh-wait/m-p...

I know @Dave-O2 is checking re the Switch Up Team.

Yeah, thats the thread I participated in and I was also able to confirm the £50 deposit is gone... now its misinformation from O2 on when my switchup is available.

Hardly been high demand so I guess quite a lot still in stores and available.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
