Swapping phone dilemma

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I have a SIM only O2 contract which I use in my iPhone4.

My wife has got a Pay monthly O2 contract (with Samsung S3) yesterday.

Now we want to swap phones. That means, my wife will use the new SIM (with new contract) in the iPhone4 and I will use my existing SIM (with existing contract) with Samsung S3.

Is it possible? Is it allowed by O2?

I could change my data tariff to a Smartphone data tariff. Is it possible for my wife's contract to change the data tariff from Smartphone to iPhone tariff? Is it allowed for a new contract.

Thanks in advance.

Simply put, yes to all your questions. Just swap the sims over and get customer service to change the data bolt on.

Delighted to know that. I will try that in the evening and add appropriate comments.
