My ex and I have contracts in each others name, I.e the number I'm using is in his name, and the number he is using is in my name. We both pay for the numbers that we use. Is there any way of having the numbers swapped without cancelling the contract? I want this to be serperate.

Hi @Eswift

You need to call O2. All numbers are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Wouldn't that swap the contract details linked to the numbers @jonsie? I did think of that but then thought it best to check with O2?

This is the only way to do it.

Numbers cannot be swapped between sim cards.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
