Hi All,
I recently started a new contract with o2 and due to my business, i need to keep my old number.
I filled in the relevant forms and gave them a PAC Code. They said it would take 24 hours. It has now been 6 days and still the numbers haven't swapped over.
I cannot contact anyone at o2 due to everything going on, but i just wondered whether anyone else has had any problems and whether there is something i can do to get it done ASAP!
