swapped sim from iPhone 15 Pro Max, had switched to an eSIM previously.
esim qr code said it was no longer valid but inputting the physical sim nothing has happened with no service showing on the new phone.
I believe some process of a sim swap has to happen however, because the security code to access the o2 account is sent to the sim number the new phone wont receive it and thus I am unable to access account
