You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
Also try 0800 977 7793

Is there a way i can reverse the swap to at least get my old sim working ?
I can't even do anything on o2 webste as they send verification code and im unable to get it co conffirm identity....

It may just be a temporary bar on the phone that O2 need to lift, but if not, they can reactivate your old sim whilst the send you a replacement 5g one.
