Swap PAYG sim to contract??

1. I've just ordered a new phone from o2 , but I want to keep my pay as you go phone number.
2. Can anyone advise procedure?

You can keep your mobile phone number
Need to contact customer services.
Use the above link and keep trying to phone as customer services are extremely busy being a smaller team now because of the pandemic.
