I'm trying to swap my sim but nothing is working. I tried online it keeps saying in progress but it's been longer than 24 hours tried via texting it says there was an error. Why isn't it working? Hurry and sort it out O2 this is a disgraceful level of service.

That shouldn't make any difference to a sim swap.
I've done sim swaps mid contract without any issues.
