Svam text?

Had a message saying unable to process payment but on myo2 says its paid and its gone out of my bank
Cant get on to live chat to speak to an agent.
Any advice would be appreciated

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
Don’t open any links or enter any information.
