I supplied a pact number Monday evening and my number still doesn’t appear to have swapped over.

Can you please advise?

Thanks

@Kelly0803

Did you get a text back with a switch date?

If not then the submission has failed, and you best option is to call 02 Customer Services on either 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from a landline

@Kelly0803 Before calling customer service, try switching your phone off and back on again, if you haven't done so.

You can call customer service for free from any phone on 0800 032 1402.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Best time to call is 8 am.
