Suddenly no Visual voicemail on iPhone

My daughter & I have iPhones, have been with o2 for over a decade and visual voicemail always fine. A couple of weeks ago upgraded our contract to higher data allowance, since then we have no visual voicemail just the dial up style. The help pages on O2 say idata needs to be activated but no guidance on how to do this & nothing in ‘search’ for idata.
Network setting on our phones say visual voicemail - APN idata.o2.co.uk and username vertigo. The password is starred out like this ******. How do we get it going again please?

You need to contact O2 and ask them to apply the iData bolt on.

The number ending 4005 is currently the best one to call.

Have you tried texting the word STATE (in block capitals) to 9011, waiting a minute, then fully turning your phone off and on?
