I have just received an email from O2 stating my air time bill will go from £17 to £20 and my device plan will go from £13 to £20 effective in ten days. Could someone help me and tell me if this is normal and maybe a reason why this is happening?
Thanks
Paul

This sounds more like spam to me as it wouldn't happen under normal circumstances.
If there are inks in the email, do not click on them.
Call O2 to check Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support If proven to be spam, you can report it to O2 and action fraud.
