Seeing as I couldn't get on the live chat today thought I'd try here.
I tried to apply my student discount back in June but something went wrong and it wouldn't work. I used the live chat and they said they would apply it for me. July comes still no discount. Tried asking them again, they apologised said they would apply it, of course still nothing!
Tried again in september, I was told that arrangements have been made on my account and I should wait a couple of days. I was also promised I would be refunded all the extra money I had been paying because the student discount still has not been applied. I have now paid another bill and still no discount. I have been trying almost 4 months to get the discount I was promised! Any help would be great.

You really do need to speak to someone by calling customer service. Contact us link is at the foot of the page. I personally don't believe live chat can help with this.

Thanks, I've been told multiple times on live chat that it has been sorted over the last few months by the agents I spoke to. I'll try and find some time to call customer service this afternoon.

It needs someone to manually apply it, live chat cannot do that.
