I ordered a new device last Sunday O2 took my upfront fee. Phone was supposed to come Monday Morning. Still no phone no communication from O2 I’ve had to keep chasing it up and not one person is helping me. I’ve tried to make a complaint several times and I just keep getting told they will credit my account with £18 🙈 I don’t want the money I just want some form of communication! It’s driving me bonkers! I’ve spoke to 4-5 different people now and still no further forward, just keep getting told someone will contact you within 3-5 days 🤣 which still hasn’t happened either.

Sorry @Gem5 but the number I gave is specifically for sales and they will help. TBH, it's either out of stock (O2's system is not live) or they are still doing credit checks. Either way, that number should help. Also the social media platforms have a pretty good rating, You just have to persevere I'm afraid.

Hi, same thing with me, took my upfront money but still no iPad and it’s been 10 days now, really cheesed off with chasing them up, being cut off etc it’s simply not good enough!

HI . Did you manage to resolve the problem. I've been waiting since the 18th may and the order is still being processed. its definitely not a credit issue as I picked up another device in-store on the 19th.
o2 have told me they have a tech issue . its crazy how long its taking

The same thing has happened to me paid upfront they sent me contract etc seems like everything was good to go but nothing so far contacted them said they would chase it up still nothing not getting any info at all 🙄
