I have been stuck on step "five of five: agreements" of the checkout for an upgrade for a day or so now. Tried it in several browsers and I have the same issue in all all of them, where there are no documents, buttons or anything to click on to finalise the purchase. It just presents a blank page after "It's important that you read and understand the documents below."
I spent a few hours on the phone with O2 support with no luck, and I'm now waiting for a return call. Any idea why this isn't working?
