Hi, for some reason I am unable to pass the credit check, I have checked experian and I have a high score so I reckon this must be something silly I am missing but nobody from O2 is contacting me to sort.
Anyone can help with this?
Thanks!

You can ask for a review by the CFR team.
The email address is creditfilereferrals@telefonica.com
Or unconfirmed amendmentteam@o2.com
You can write to or fax them:

Have you moved house recently ?
Are you on the Voters' List - Electoral Register - at your current address ?
Is your address up to date on all of your bank etc accounts, credit cards and the like ?
It is worth bearing in mind that the credit check also looks at your identity and, if that cannot be confirmed, you are inevitably going to have a problem. 👍

You'll never be told the reason why, it's all done by computer algorithms.
However, as I mentioned, CFR will manually review and give a yes or no.

Thanks for your reply, I moved like 4 years ago and I am registered at this address, I have checked the address in 3 of the banks I used two are fine and in one of them the flat number is missing.
Have not ever been in debt (credit cards, loans, mortgages) not sure if that could be a reason as it is just an 8 pound monthly SIM.
I have contacted the risk team, and maybe they can ask me for ID if they have not been able to check that.
Waiting for their reply now

Best of luck but O2's credit checking process is a dark art these days.
