Stuck in Credit Referal

Hi, I don’t know what to do. I’ve had an order which went to credit referral. The team approved it and the email says to login to my account. I have and it’s empty and no one’s is able to resolve this.  This is now the 6th time I’ve contact customer services either over the phone or on Facebook to resolve my contract issue. 

No one on the phone seems able to help. I’ve had 4 people on the phone hang up on me all at the same stage after taking my card details they then ‘have system issues’ place me on hold for a couple minutes then either come back to me to pass me on to someone or just hang up on me. 

please can you help me complete my order. I’m a brand new customer and I’m really disappointed. 

I now also have 2 order numbers and only want 1!
