When you say you were charged extra could you advise?
Are you on pay monthly or pay as you go? and have you gone over your allowance(s)?

Everyone has unlimited calls currently.

You can't go over.

I called o2 customer service and am not pleased with the reply they gave me so I will write a letter to their billing service if they refuse to look into it , I will cancel all my contract with o2
