My husband bought me a new phone which gives me a new number. How do I stop my auto top up on O2 and start a new one on my new phone online?

You can manage your account through your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but you can also keep your number by using the same sim that you have currently in the new phone.
If it's the wrong size, any o2 shop will swap it for free.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
