I am getting Premium Info Services that I have not used. I don't want any Premium Messaging or Services, so how can I stop this. I do not want to be autobilled for these things.

Didn't think I had put any personal info on here.
But I have found the answer to my question n ow which is to add a Premium Bar and change Spending Cap to zero
