Stopping Airtime plan

Due to posting abroad with the military, I am unable to utilise my O2 airtime plan in Brunei at a cost effective rate.

Am I able to use the Armed Forces Covenant to freeze my airtime plan for the duration of my posting (2 years), and on my return to the UK, unfreeze my airtime tariff and continue with whats in place?

Clearly I'm still using my device which I am happy to continue paying for each month.

Any assistance greatly appreciated

The best people to ask is Customer Services, as they are both tied together now

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
