Hi,
I'm just wondering exactly what's happened. I received an email today from o2 and I made sure it was no scam email or anything. I then went to my phone and tried to send a text in order to verify the details were correct from the email.
I can confirm I have no overdue payments and my bill is due to come tomorrow. I have actually spent less this month than I have in previous months. I also always pay on time, the 28th of every month.
For whatever reason it seems that o2 have taken it into their own hands to stop me from basically using my phone altogether and I'm not exactly sure why?
Would anyone know a reason as to why this could happen as I would rather know a genuine reason than make a complaint when it's not their fault.
Cheers
