Hi I have been out of UK along time cause Im gonna stay in China and have a gap year. I didn’t use this number but I chose the payment monthly before can u just stop this cause I didnt use this number anymore

@Chasel666 If you took out a monthly contract you are responsible for paying it, whether you are in the UK or not. Please follow the link provided by @jonsie if you need to cancel, and be aware that there will be charges to pay. If you do not follow the correct procedure you will find it very difficult to get another mobile contract when you eventually return.
