@Anonymous This is a customer to customer forum. O2 do not monitor this site. You need to report this to O2 Customer Service, and to the police immediately. http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/lost-or-stolen-device
You are responsible for any charges made on your phone until it's reported stolen.

Stay on the line until the end of the IVR and choose the option for lost and stolen. Please do it now and also report it to the police especially if you have insurance.
